By accessing or using Safarikonekti ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Trust. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users — travellers, safari operators, and third-party integrators.
Safarikonekti is a discovery and commerce infrastructure layer. We connect travellers with independent safari operators. We are not a safari operator ourselves. All safaris, tours, and travel experiences listed on the Platform are offered and fulfilled by independent operators who have agreed to our Operator Standards.
All operators listed on Safarikonekti undergo a Know Your Business (KYB) verification process before going live. This includes verification of business registration, relevant operating licences, insurance coverage, and safety records. However, Safarikonekti does not guarantee the conduct of operators beyond the verification criteria applied at the time of onboarding.
Quotes generated through the Platform are valid for 48 hours from the time of issue unless otherwise stated by the operator. Accepting a quote constitutes a binding agreement between you and the operator, subject to the operator's own booking conditions. Safarikonekti facilitates but is not a party to that agreement.
Payment processing is handled by Stripe and/or Flutterwave depending on your region. By making a payment, you agree to the terms of the applicable payment processor. Safarikonekti takes no responsibility for payment processing errors beyond what is recoverable through our payment partners' dispute resolution processes.
Cancellation and refund policies vary by operator and are displayed on each safari listing before booking. Travellers are responsible for reviewing and agreeing to the operator's cancellation policy at the time of booking. Safarikonekti may assist in dispute resolution but cannot guarantee refunds on behalf of operators.
Safarikonekti uses artificial intelligence to generate search results, safari recommendations, concierge responses, and itinerary summaries. This content is generated for informational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or omissions. Always verify critical details directly with your operator before travelling.
You agree not to use the Platform to submit false information, manipulate search results, abuse AI systems, scrape data, or interfere with the integrity of the operator network. Violations may result in immediate account termination and, where applicable, legal action.
All platform software, design, branding, AI models, and content created by Safarikonekti are the intellectual property of Safarikonekti and its licensors. Operator-submitted content (safari descriptions, images, pricing) remains the property of the respective operator, with a non-exclusive licence granted to Safarikonekti for display and distribution on the Platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Safarikonekti shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or any safari experience booked through it. Our total liability to any user shall not exceed the amount paid through the Platform in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Trust at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email or prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Safarikonekti is registered. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
